This black truffle has a dark brown to tan veined interior and is famous across Europe for a mild and delicate flavor with hazelnut notes and a light aroma. Named after the French region of Burgundy, these Autumn Truffles are flown fresh every week, enjoy them while they last!Instructions for use and storage: Don't cook for long periods of time or excessive heat. Store in the refrigerator wrapped in moist paper towel.Prices listed can only be guaranteed for orders shipped the current week. The price charged for truffles will be the based on the currently prevailing price for that week and the actual weight shipped.
